Inspired by my hike on the Appalchian Trail in Virginia in Summer 2021.  Mixed media collage.  I used parts of the AWOL Hiker's Guide along with my map for collage materials.  I also used old journal pages for texture as well.  Painted with acrylic paints with gold ink highlights.  No frame needed as it is on a gallery wrap canvas.  Varnished with Liquitex Pouring Medium.
